Prepare for any goals with a personalized plan from a Super Coach
If you want to prepare for your goal, but your schedule does not allow you to adjust to group training or you live in a city where there is no I Love Swimming branch. Personal planning is for you. We will select the ideal trainer and take into account your personal wishes.
The Coach writes a plan based on your goals and current physical condition. The individual plan also takes into account the swimmer’s personal schedule and is adjusted if necessary: a sudden business trip, poor health, personal force majeure - nothing will stop you on the way to your goal. Your responsibility is to clearly follow the Coach’s instructions and provide feedback on your current state. Thus, in tandem “Coach-swimmer”, you will achieve the planned results.
If you want to swim several different starts during the season, tell your coach about it. This will allow you to integrate the swims into the plan so that they help on the way to the main goal. The Coach will help you set the priority of starts, recommend intermediate goals and take into account special preparations for competitions in the periodization of the training plan. This will allow you to progress, set personal records without harming your health and preparing for the key start.
As many benefits as there are to distance learning, you may want to meet with a coach to polish your technique, work on key exercises, or discuss your goals. At I Love Swimming, you can take one or more personal training sessions with a coach at any available location.
